1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BVS Network ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Community Standards. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform.

2. Platform Purpose

BVS Network exists to connect Christian entrepreneurs, authors, speakers, coaches, and ministry leaders for mutual promotion and support based on the biblical principle of "Give First" (Luke 6:38, 2 Kings 4:1-7).

The Platform facilitates cross-promotion among members who share Christian values and seek to build God-honoring businesses and ministries.

3. Content Standards

All promotions, content, and communications on BVS Network must align with biblical Christian values. By using this Platform, you agree NOT to promote:

• Content contrary to biblical Christian doctrine
• Immoral, sexually explicit, or pornographic content
• Occult, new age, or spiritually deceptive practices
• Content promoting or glorifying sin
• Hateful, violent, or discriminatory content
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading content
• Illegal products, services, or activities
• Gambling, drugs, or alcohol
• Content that blasphemes God or mocks Christianity
• Any content the administration deems inappropriate for a Christian platform

4. Give First Protocol

The core operating principle of BVS Network is "Give First." Members agree to:

• Give a minimum of 3 genuine promotions per month before requesting promotions
• Provide authentic, valuable promotions to fellow members
• Accurately report and document all promotional activities
• Confirm received promotions honestly and in good faith

5. Membership & Account Standing

To maintain good standing on BVS Network:

• Complete your profile with accurate information
• Fulfill your monthly promotion requirements
• Maintain a positive give/receive ratio
• Respond to confirmation requests promptly
• Adhere to all Community Standards

Members who fail to meet requirements may have their ability to request promotions suspended until compliance is restored.

6. Administration Rights

BVS Network administration reserves the right to:

• Deny or remove any promotion that violates our standards
• Suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion
• Refuse membership to any individual or organization
• Modify member tiers or limits based on platform needs
• Update these terms with reasonable notice to members

All administrative decisions regarding content and membership are final.

7. Fair Use Policy

To ensure fair distribution of promotions among all members:

• Each tier has maximum monthly promotion slots
• Members who have not received promotions are prioritized
• Manipulation of the system will result in account action
• Quality of promotions matters — low-effort promotions may be rejected

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you share. By posting promotions, you grant BVS Network a license to display and share your content within the Platform. You represent that you have the right to share any content you post.

9. Limitation of Liability

BVS Network is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or results of promotions between members. Members are responsible for their own business relationships and outcomes.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these terms or Community Standards. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
